Amsterdam Apartment Keizer Deluxe

Keizer Deluxe is a spacious luxury apartment divided over four levels with canal view. The apartment features a living room, separate kitchen/dining room, two bedrooms and a roof terrace. This classy Amsterdam apartment is part of a 17th Century Golden Age building located at the Keizersgracht between the Utrechtse straat and the Amstel.

Apartment
The interior of the apartment is very luxurious. Both the living room as the dining room have flat screen TV’s and DVD surround sets. Every room has its own chandelier and well-designed furniture. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. In the living room is a sleeping closet for two persons. The bathroom comes with a separate shower and bath.

Area
The Keizersgracht (literal English translation: Emperor's Canal) is the second of the three major canals in the city centre of Amsterdam, in between the Herengracht and the Prinsengracht. Just around the corner the Utrechtse straat has a big variety of boutique shops, records stores, little eateries, trendy restaurants and old Amsterdam Café’s. The area can be best described as quiet, although the major squares as Rembrandt Square are within walking distance.

Extra information

• As in many other typical Dutch historical buildings, the stairs are steep, so we advise not to bring too big suitcases.
• Guests are only allowed to smoke on the roof terrace.
• There are actually no house rules, the atmosphere is totally relaxed, just a kind request to respect the quality of life of the hosts and the neighbours.
• No pets are allowed.
