The building has just been renovated to our high standards. Located close to Central Station, the New Market and China town. The well-designed apartment features wooden floors, a fully equipped kitchen and an attractive bathroom with bathtub and shower.

This 80m2 apartment with balcony is located at the back of the building. It has a spacious living with open kitchen and dining area. For the in-house entertainment there’s a large flat screen TV and DVD player, which makes the living a perfect place to relax. The comfortable double sofa couch in the living room makes the apartment suitable for six people to sleep.
The attractive bathroom comes with a bathtub, sink and separate shower. The bedrooms are located on the upper level. One bedroom comes with a comfortable double bed, the other bedroom comes with two single beds.
