The building has just been renovated to our high standards and overlooks the water of the Oosterdok where the boats and canal cruises peacefully pass by. The apartment features wooden floors, a fully equipped kitchen and an attractive bathroom with bathtub and shower.

This 80m2 two level apartment is located in the souterrain of the building. It comes with a spacious living with open kitchen and dining area. For the in-house entertainment there’s a large flat screen TV and DVD player, which makes the living a perfect place to relax. The comfortable double sofa couch in the living room makes the apartment suitable for six persons to sleep
The bedrooms and the bathroom are on the lower level of the apartment. The master bedroom comes with a double bed and the second bedroom features two singles. The attractive bathroom comes with a bathtub, sink and separate shower.
