Our Dam Square Apartment 2 is a lovely apartment with three bedrooms and room for six guests. It is located in the very heart of the Amsterdam city centre.
Dam Square Apartment 2The apartment is characterized by a spacious and bright interior. The large Dutch windows allow the daylight to flow through the room and provide you with a great view over the hectic square at the same time. The design is modern with warm and neutral colors providing a pleasant atmosphere for a great stay.
The living room is large and has a sitting corner and a dining corner. In the sitting corner you can sit down at one of the arm chairs or sofa. Watch TV or study your travel guide for the day to come. The dining table at the other side has room for six and offers you a great place to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner with your friends. Buy some fresh ingredients on one of the many food markets and demonstrate your cooking skills in the complete kitchen.
The three bedrooms all have the same style as the rest of the apartment and have plenty of storage space. There are two double beds and one room has two single beds. All are provided with clean bed linen. The bathroom has a toilet, a shower and a bathtub and comes with clean towels.

You are located in the historical heart of the city with many famous sites on a walking distance away. Right at the Dam Square you will find the impressive Royal Palace that was originally built as Amsterdam’s city hall in the 17th century. In 1808 it became a palace until today. Right next to the Royal palace stands the New Church, built in the 15th and 16th century. If you like museums than Amsterdam is the place to be. Close by you will find the Amsterdam Historical Museum which gives you a clear impression of the history of this city. Or if you like art you should visit the Hermitage which is an annex to its larger brother in St. Petersburg since 2004. A must see is also the Rijksmuseum at Museum Square, it holds an amazing collection of artworks of famous Dutch masters such as Rembrandt and Vermeer. And off course you cannot miss the Van Gogh Museum that also located at Museum Square. And if you walk down the Damrak towards Central Station you can take a train to explore more of the Netherlands. Many cities like The Hague or Utrecht are less than one hour away by train and are worth visiting.
