The living space includes seating and a television. The apartment includes three spacious bedrooms all beautifully furnished with bedside tables, lamps and double beds. There are five double beds spread across the three bedrooms allowing up to ten guests to stay in the apartment. There are also two bathrooms, each with a bath, shower, sink and toilet. The apartment also features a charming terrace with seating, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
Located close to Ooster Park in the eastern part of Amsterdam, this apartment is ideal for families or large groups after modern accommodation close to the city centre.
Please note the following conditions: -Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro. -Early check in from 8am -12am is 25 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day). -Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). -Baby cot for requests 50 Euro Cleaning fee 40 euros damage deposit 150 euro. Please note this apartment has additional cleaning fee of 40 euros.

This apartment is located close to Ooster Park in eastern Amsterdam, a park popular with local residents. The park has a playground for children and is a great place for the family to relax with a picnic on a nice afternoon. The Plantage district is just a short distance from the apartment home to Artis Zoo, one of the oldest zoos in Europe, popular with locals and tourists alike and Hortus Botanicus, the former Botanical Gardens of the University of Amsterdam. If you like beer, then the IJ Brewery, a local Amsterdam microbrewery situated inside a windmill is not far from the apartment. The Hermitage Museum is also within walking distance. The area is well serviced by public transport and you can be in the city centre in 10 minutes on the tram. |
