This delightful 2nd floor apartment is ideal for a small family or group of friends visiting the city. Inside you will find a beautiful living space with large windows, comfortable contemporary furnishings and sleek wooden flooring throughout. Above your head exposed wooden ceiling beams run the length of the apartment. You will find a chunky armchair and sofa where everyone can relax and enjoy the flat screen TV together. An outstanding open fitted kitchen provides you with somewhere to prepare all your favourite meals for yourself and your guests for the duration of your stay. You will find all the equipment you need here. The bedrooms are simply decorated with a calm muted palette to encourage restful sleep and you will find pretty reading lamps above the pillows. One room has a double bed whilst the other has two singles that can also be positioned together if preferred. There is a private bathroom alongside one of the bedrooms which has a bath, shower, sink and toilet.

This enchanting apartment has everything to make your stay in the city absolutely perfect. It makes an excellent alternative to renting a suite of dull hotel rooms and is of course so much more memorable.

Perfectly located in the old city centre within walking distance of Dam Square, you will find the Dutch Masters - Rembrandt van Rijn Apartment. Getting to and from Central Station could not be easier since there are lots of regular trams travelling down the nearby Vijzelstraat. The journey takes around 8 minutes, depending on traffic.

Explore the beautiful canals, just a minutes’ walk away form the apartment, this is possibly the prettiest district in Amsterdam and surprisingly quiet considering you are in the very centre of the one of Europe’s busiest capital cities. The picturesque narrow streets, long canals, little bridges and 17th century leaning canal and townhouses are absolutely breathtaking. Try to visit at least once at night time when the canals are lit up beautifully by little lights under the bridges.

Wander north a few minutes, crossing over two canals and you will come to the famous Floating Flower Market where you can purchase unusual plants, seeds and bulbs including authentic Dutch tulip bulbs which you can plant at home in your garden. Follow the road east down to the popular entertainment area known as the Rembrandtplein. This extremely vibrant area is one of the most popular plazas in the city for enjoying a cold Dutch beer in the sun or an evening meal. There’s a huge statue of Rembrandt as well as a small water feature. Regular events are held here every few months involving everything from a seasonal market, dance floor, gig venue or even an ice skating rink.
