This contemporary apartment is located on the third floor and boasts authentic high ceilings with wooden beams and wooden floors throughout the apartment. Apartment The living area is situated upstairs and features a comfortable sofa, arm chairs, large flat screen TV, CD player and dining table. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences you might expect such as a dish washer and a large oven. Two of the three bedrooms are also found on the first floor of this spacious and bright apartment and both feature two single beds. The large master bedroom is located on the ground floor of the apartment and offers a street view. Also located on this floor is the bathroom with large sink, bath with shower and toilet. The Iris Penthouse is a great option for families and groups who want to stay in a quiet area on the edge of the city centre. Please note that the current pictures showing are from our Magnolia Penthouse apartment located in the same building. This apartment has a slightly different lay out but the same features. After decorations are finished the correct pictures will be uploaded. Services and facilities: Bed linen and towels are provided.
