Just a few minutes away from Dam Square, this apartment's location is extremely central. Despite its central location however, it's a peaceful and relaxing place to be, as it's situated on the historic canal belt. Perfect for tranquil strolls and whiling the day away at neighbourhood cafes, this area is beautiful to spend some time in, admiring the bridges and houseboats. In terms of shopping, Dam Square is famous for its many department stores, but a trip to the Nine Streets may unearth some more unusual finds in some of its lovely boutiques. Slightly further away is the Anne Frank House, but it's still within walking distance. To visit museums such as the Van Gogh and Rijksmuseums, you can take a tram and arrive within minutes. The apartment is also extremely close to Central Station, making airport transfers and trips around the city and country extremely easy. |
