Under The SeaThis charming two floor apartment is located in a traditional Amsterdam building recently refurbished to the highest standards. The living room is spacious and furnished with a sofa bed, armchairs, coffee table and flat screen television. The charming kitchen features lavender walls and cabinets which is offset brilliantly by the dark floors and accentuated by the natural light streaming in through the large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment and includes a mahogany dining table that seats six. A toilet can also be found on this floor. The second floor contains both bedrooms, each with a double bed, bedside table, lamp and wardrobe and the bathroom complete with a shower, sink and toilet.
Located close to Vondel Park, this apartment is ideal for business or leisure travellers after modern accommodation in the heart of Amsterdam.
Please note the following conditions: There is an additional cleaning fee of 40.00 Euros and a damage deposit of 150.00 Euros. Late check-in from 6:00pm-10:00pm is 25.00 Euros, check-in after 10:00pm is 50:00 Euros. Early check in from 8:00am -12:00am is 25.00 Euros only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day). Late check-out after 12:00pm is 50.00 Euro (in cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). A baby cot is available for 50.00 Euros.

The apartment is located close to Vondel Park, the largest and most visited park in Amsterdam with some 10 million visitors a year. The park is lively on warm days and is a great place to people watch with a picnic and bottle of wine. If you want to do some exercise while in Amsterdam, why not join the locals and enjoy your morning run in the park. Within walking distance of the apartment is lively Leidse Square, home to a large concentration of bars, restaurants and cafes. This is a great place to enjoy a meal or drink both day and night and during summer months you are sure to see street performers here. Museum Square is just a short distance from Vondel Park and home to the impressive Van Gogh, Stedelijk and Rijks Museums. If you are into art, these are must visits. Museum Square is also home to an array of cafes and restaurants and is far more relaxed than nearby Leidse Square. This apartment is in a fantastic location, within walking distance of many of Amsterdam’s main attractions and additionally well serviced by public transport. |
