Wooden apartmentThis elegantly designed apartment is situated inside a traditional Amsterdam building that has been recently renovated, effortlessly combining the old and the new. The living space incorporates high ceilings with exposed beams, wooden floors and large windows that allow in plenty of natural light and is furnished with two sofa beds, armchairs, a coffee table and a flat screen television. There is a mezzanine level behind the living space that has two single beds. The modern open planned kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and has a dining table perfect for enjoying those meals. There are two more bedrooms each furnished with a double bed. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, sink and toilet. Located close to Leidse Square, this apartment is ideal for large groups or families.
Please note the following conditions:
Late check-in from 6:00pm-10:00pm is 30.00 Euros, check-in after 10:00pm is 50.00 Euros. Early check in from 8:00am -12:00am is 25 Euros. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day). Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euros (in cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day). Baby cot available on request 50.00 Euros. Damage deposit of 150.00 Euros and cleaning fee of 40.00 Euros.

This apartment is located close to Leidse Square, a lively square filled with bars, cafes and restaurants and one of the nightlife centres of the city. The Central Canal Belt, a World Heritage Site is just a short walk from the square and is a must see when in the city with its amazing canal houses dating back to the Dutch Golden Age. The apartment is close to the Museum Quarter home to the Van Gogh Museum, Rijks Museum, Stedelijk Museum and the Concert Hall. The Quarter is full of great restaurants, bars and cafes and after a day exploring the city, this is the best place to come for dinner and a few drinks if you are looking for a quieter alternative to Leidse Square. The apartment is also just a short distance from Vondel Park, the most popular in the city with some 10 million visitors a year. The apartment is also well serviced by public transport making it possible to get to around the city quickly and easily. |
