The Leidseplein 1 two bedroom apartment has a classical atmosphere, solid wooden floors, stylish furniture, elegant ornamentation and yet you are in the hottest spot in town.

There is a charming balcony with an exquisite art deco style wrought railing and white French doors that open wide to offer a spectacular view of the Leidse Square. The living room has an ample couch, two armchairs, two wicker chairs, two coffee tables and for your leisure time there is a television and a DVD player. The dining table is adjacent to the white tiled kitchen, fully equipped to your convenience: fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle; plus a washing machine.  

The two bedrooms are serenely white, one with a comfortable double bed, the other has two chummy single beds and each room has a wardrobe. The bathroom is very modern and minty fresh white featuring a full jet stream shower stall and a relaxing bathtub.

The Leidseplein 1 is on the second floor and it can house four persons.


Important information:

• Please note that the elevator in the building is located on the first floor and not on the ground floor. From the ground floor two flight of stairs are to be taken to reach the first floor.
• As this apartment is located in one of the most vibrant night-life centers of Amsterdam, there will be an increased level of sound from the surrounding area during the weekends.
