Contemporary and spacious rooftop apartment located in a historical building close to the Central Station.

This 60m2 modern decorated apartment features one bedroom with two single beds, a double sleeping sofa in the living room, large flat screen TV with DVD, dining table for four, a bathroom with shower and bath and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is situated at the front of the building, overlooking the water of the Oosterdok.

The apartment is conveniently located. Opposite of Nemo (National centre for science and technology) and close to the Central Station. Numerous museums and sights are at walking distance like the Rembrandt House, the National Maritime Museum and the old city zoo Artis. The New Market and China Town with many restaurants and bars are around the corner. Waterloo square and Dam square will only take you a few minutes to reach. Around the corner in the Peperstraat you will find two good restaurants: Restaurant Greetje (Dutch) and Restaurant Rosario (Italian).
