This contemporary, recently renovated and redecorated, apartment of 110 m2 has two bedrooms and a double sleeper sofa in the spacious living room. The apartment can be easily reached by public transport and is close to many shops, cafés and restaurants.

On the first level the apartment features two bedrooms, one with a double king size bed and one with two single beds, a separate toilet and bathroom with single shower and bath. The light living room with large windows and the fully equipped designer kitchen are situated on the next level. The living room accommodates a double sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, DVD and hi-fi-stereo set. The dining table can seat six persons.

Location
The apartment is located close to the Heineken brewery, the neighbourhood the Pijp and the Utrechtsestraat with many unique shops, cafés and restaurants. The Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Leidsesquare and PC Hooftstraat (the famous shopping street), are all within walking distance. For daily supplies the Albert Cuyp market is open six days a week. Tram stop is just around the corner and from Central Station it is only 15 minutes travelling.
