This luxurious, recently renovated and decorated, apartment of 140 m2 has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living room. The apartment is located in a quite street not far from many shops, cafés and restaurant. Public transport is around the corner and only 15 minutes from Central Station.

The modern two-level apartment is situated on the second floor. On the first level the apartment features a living room with a flat screen TV, DVD and hi-fi-stereo set and a fully equipped designer kitchen. The dining table can seat six persons. The bedrooms are located on the next level with a separate toilet and bathroom with single shower and bath. There are three bedrooms, one with a double king size bed and two with two single beds.

Location
The apartment is located close to the Heineken brewery, the neighbourhood the Pijp and the Utrechtsestraat with many unique shops, cafés and restaurants. The Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum, the Leidsesquare and PC Hooftstraat (shopping street), are all within walking distance. For daily supplies the Albert Cuyp market is open six days a week. Tram stop is just around the corner.
