The apartment’s lay out is spread over three levels and starts on the first floor with a little hallway, separate toilet, the master bedroom with a double bed and walk-in closet and balcony at the back. The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. The living, kitchen, and dining area can be found on the second floor. From the living room you can enter the roof terrace. At the third floor there is an extra bedroom with two single beds, separate toilet and study desk.

Area
This area in the city centre is well-known in Amsterdam. The Utrechtse straat is famous for its boutique shops, typically Amsterdam café’s and quality restaurants. The Dutch Gordon Ramsey, named Herman den Blijker, recently opened a new restaurant called ‘Herrie’ which serves great food and is good for spotting Dutch celebrities. The downstairs bar has a great variety of cocktails.

On the other side of the street you’ll find the Amstel River, Amsterdam’s main entrance by water. When you cross the river over the famous Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge), you will find the National theatre Carré and the Hermitage Museum.
