A cosy apartment with a roof terrace and private patio in a lovely side street of the Utrechtsestraat, in the heart of the Canal Belt.

The apartment is located at the first floor. The kitchen is brand-new and fully equipped with oven, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room is small but very cosy and features a sleeping sofa, dining table and flat screen TV. The apartment has it’s own laundry facility. The bedroom with double bed is situated at the back of the apartment and has an ensuite roof terrace. 

Area
The area is well-known in Amsterdam. The Utrechtse straat is famous for its authentic boutique shops, typically Amsterdam café’s and quality restaurants. The dutch Gordon Ramsey, named Herman den Blijker, recently opened a new restaurant called ‘Herrie’ which serves great food and is good for spotting Dutch celebrities. The downstairs bar has a great variety of cocktails.

On the other side of the apartment street you’ll find the Amstel River, which is Amsterdam’s main entrance by water. When you cross the river over the famous Magere Brug (Skinny Bridge), you will find the National theatre Carré and the Hermitage Museum. Rembrandtplein is only a 5 minutes walking distance.
