Information
This 17th century building is situated right in the heart of the historical centre, within three minutes walking distance from Central Station and Dam square. The apartment has three floors, all with canal view, a large roof terrace and four bedrooms.
Apartment
An easy staircase takes you to the second floor of the building. At the first level are the dining room, kitchen and living area located. The nicely designed spacious kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso, and a large kitchen stove. The living room is small but cosy and has a cable TV and DVD/Hi-fi set.
The second floor features three bedrooms, a shower-room and an extra bathroom. One bedroom accommodates a double bed and the other two each a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
The master bedroom has a king-size double bed and is situated at the upper floor. The roof terrace with picnic table gives you an excellent view over the historical city center.
