Comfortable apartment in the heart of the Spiegelkwartier, in the centre of the canal belt. The spacious apartment (120 m2) is divided over three levels, with the master bedroom at the top.

The three-storey apartment has an entrance at the first floor of the apartment building. The first level features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. On the same floor there is a separate toilet.
The second level features a spacious living area with large windows, two couches, one sleeping sofa and flat screen TV. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located at the top (third) level. The bathroom has a toilet, a separate bath, washing machine and dryer. The second sleeping sofa is located at the first floor.

Location
The Spiegelkwartier is a historical neighbourhood in the centre of the canal belt. Here you will find over seventy specialised art and antique shops offering a wide variety of objects.
