The space is refined with plenty of natural light, parquet floors and attention to detail shown in the furnishings and fixtures selected throughout. The living room is elegantly furnished with a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and a flat screen television. The living room also has a balcony, perfect for relaxing after a day out exploring Barcelona. The kitchen is contemporary and contains everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment. There is one modern bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes and access to the balcony. The bathroom is well designed and features a shower, sink and toilet.

Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 500 is required and an additional Euro 60 fee applies for Cleaning costs.

The apartment is located in the elegant Eixample district, an area with a unique atmosphere while still being unmistakably Barcelona. The area is perhaps best known for its wide streets and amazing architecture including some of the most well known works of Gaudí, including Casa Milá, Casa Batlló and Sagrada Familia. A great way to spend a day in the Eixample is simply walking the magnificent boulevards, taking in the architecture and atmosphere and stopping every once in a while for great food and coffee. If you are looking to shop, the most prestigious shopping street in Barcelona, El Paseo de Gracia, is not far from the apartment. The area is filled with chic bars, restaurants and cafes and the amount of eating options nearby are sure to impress, with Spanish food and international cuisine equally represented. If you are looking to get out and see more of Barcelona, many sights and attractions are reachable on foot and for those a little further away, the Metro is nearby. |
