This attractive Barcelona accommodation is located in the el Born area of the Ciutat Vella district. This is a perfect area for scenic stroll through historic narrow streets and for admiring tall gothic buildings. You will find many quaint squares with cafes and restaurants. In the neighbouring Gothic Quarter are the repeatedly visited Picasso Museum and the beautiful Santa Maria del Mar church. Go east and you will soon be at Ciutadella Park which is the home of the popular Barcelona Zoo. Just south of the apartment is the popular Barceloneta beach which is loved by all ages and a great place for dining by the beachfront or going out clubbing in the evenings. Further west into the Ciutat Vella district is the Placa Reial which is a popular square filled with large restaurants and famous Barcelona nightclubs. Right by the square is the famous La Rambla boulevard, which stretches for 1.2 kilometres from Catalunya square to the Columbus Monument at Port Vell. |
