La Pedrera AticThis cosy apartment uses colour and texture to create a unique atmosphere that'll give you a feeling of home in the centre of this busy city. Warm colours and cosy furnishings combine to envelop you in warmth from the moment you enter this apartment and the personal touches make this an experience you won't find in a hotel. The large living area has a warm orange sofa, large and comfortable and ideal for relaxing at the end of a busy day in front of a movie or reading a book. Pictures line the walls and clever lighting add to the cosy feeling in the room. There's an open American-style kitchen which is fully kitted out with all the elements necessary to create meals at home. The dining area has seating for all, and if you don't wish to eat at home, you can use this area to study a map or check your email. There are two bedrooms, each equally cosy, one with a double bed and one with a single. Both have bedside lights should you wish to enjoy a book before sleeping. The bathroom is a good size and has a bath as well as shower, toilet and sink. The best feature of this apartment is the communal roof terrace, ideal to enjoy a cocktail as the sun sets over Barcelona. Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 400 is required and an additional Euro 75 fee applies for cleaning costs.

Situated in a beautiful Modernist building, this apartment enjoys an excellent location whether you're visiting Barcelona for business or pleasure. In the heart of the Eixample district, the apartment is just off the famous Avignuda Diagonal, which is home to many of the city's most important businesses. It's also the address of many hotels, so if you're here for business and you're attending meetings or meeting up with other delegates of a conference, it may be that they're staying in this area. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in this area, such as Bacco, for contemporary international cuisine, or Roig Robi, one of the city's best Catalan restaurants. There are also several large department stores and shopping malls on this street. The famous Sagrada Familia cathedral, designed by Gaudi, is within walking distance, and you'll find plenty more examples of the Modernist style near home and on the Passeig de Gracia. The Park Guell is not far and is accessible by Metro - home to magical buildings and the Casa-Museu Gaudi, a showcase of his work. |
