The living room is spacious and bright with large windows allowing in plenty of natural light. The living room is the ideal place to relax at the end of a day sightseeing and is furnished with a sofa, coffee table, dining table and a flat screen television. The charming balcony is accessed from the living room and provides another great space to relax. The kitchen is contemporary and stylish and contains everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment. There are two charming bedrooms, the largest of which contains a double bed, while the other is furnished with two single beds. The apartment also contains a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Located in the Eixample district of Barcelona, this apartment is ideal for business or leisure travellers after modern accommodation in the heart of the city.
Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 500 is required and an additional Euro 70 fee applies for Cleaning costs.

The apartment is located in the Eixample district, an area well known for its stunning architecture and timeless layout. The district was constructed to expand Barcelona beyond the city walls and managed to create a unique atmosphere while still being unmistakeably Barcelona. It is here you will find some of the world famous works of Gaudí, including Casa Milá, Casa Batlló and the world renowned Sagrada Familia. A great way to spend an afternoon in the area is walking along the magnificent boulevards, taking in the architecture and atmosphere and stopping every once in a while for something to eat or drink. The apartment is also within walking distance of the Old City, home to charming boutiques, cafes, bars and restaurants. The district is extremely well preserved and it is interesting to see how if differs significantly from that of the Eixample. If you are looking to shop, the most prestigious shopping street in Barcelona, El Paseo de Gracia, is not far from the apartment. The area is filled with chic bars, restaurants and cafes and the amount of eating options nearby is sure to impress, with Spanish food and international cuisine equally represented. Public transport makes it possible to get around the rest of the city with ease. |
