The apartment is located in the stylish Eixample district, an area well known for its wide streets filled with fascinating buildings. It is here you will find some of the world famous works of Gaudí, including Casa Milá, Casa Batlló and the Sagrada Familia. These buildings are indeed breath taking and must be seen to be believed. A great way to spend an afternoon in the area is walking along the magnificent boulevards, taking in the architecture and atmosphere and stopping every once in a while for something to eat or drink. The area is filled with chic bars, restaurants and cafes and the amount of eating options nearby is sure to impress, with Spanish food and international cuisine equally represented. After dinner why not see how the locals like to spend their evenings in one of the many bars. Las Ramblas is also close by for those times when you want to see Barcelona at its most bustling.
