This is a very nicely presented Barcelona apartment which has been decorated with a modern eye and furnished with all the functions needed for a cosy short stay. Its attractive and modern finish ensures that you can feel very relaxed and at home here. Located on the fifth floor with lift access the apartment enjoys a private balcony with a table and chairs which is a great spot to enjoy drinks, meals and a nice conversation about your daily adventures in Barcelona. Inside are a double fabric sofa bed and a square white dining table with two chairs. The floor is covered with light floorboards, the walls are finished in clean white and the ceiling filled with black beams. The large wall-length and ceiling-tall windows and doors that lead out onto the balcony create a great bright and airy space inside the living area which is ideal any time of the day. There is a lovely small modern kitchen which is well-equipped and nicely separated in a cornered section away from the rest of the living space.

This Barcelona accommodation is located in the central Ciutat Vella district which is a popular part of Barcelona amongst tourists and locals. There is much to do and see here. Cafes and restaurants are located all over, especially in the Gothic Quarter, at Placa Reial and La Rambla boulevard. Bars and nightclubs can be found at Placa Reial and at Barceloneta beach. The old Gothic Quarter is filled with beautiful gothic buildings to admire and take pictures of including the Barcelona Cathedral and the Santa Maria del Mar church. On La Rambla you can find the popular Liceu Theatre and the Maritime Museum which has a replica of a galley and rowing slaves. On the south end of La Rambla is the Columbus Monument from where you can also jump on a sail boat to view Barcelona from the sea. On the north end is the Catalunya Square from where the prestigious Passeig de Gracia begins where you can enjoy top end shopping and visiting the La Pedrera and Casa Batllo.
