Garden of Grace
A beautiful detached house sleeping up to five people, with a roof terrace and close to the Sagrada Familia.
This house is utterly unique and manages to feel cosy and filled with light, modern and homely all at once. On entering, you'll be greeted with a huge window, which is essentially an entire wall made of glass, which lets plenty of light into the entire space and creates an airy feeling in the room. The space is decorated in warm colours, with polished wooden floors and a wooden kitchen to add to the cosiness. Wood is also used to great effect on the mezzanine area, which is a gallery area overlooking the main living room. Exposed wooden beams also make this feel extra special. The sofa converts to a double bed. There is a kitchen in this area, separated from the living room by a half-wall of glass bricks. The kitchen has everything you need to create meals at home, and there's a dining area at which to enjoy them. Upstairs, on the mezzanine level, there's a single sofa bed. This area could also double as a great place to catch up on some reading or work. The bedroom features exposed wooden beams and a comfortable double bed as well as a charming window. There is a furnished terrace, ideal for enjoying a cocktail before dinner or morning coffee. The charming bathroom has a shower and bathtub, for the ultimate in relaxation.
Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 300 is required and an additional Euro 65 fee applies for Cleaning costs.
