This apartment is located in a modernist building in the residential area of the Eixample, walking distance from Plaza Urquinaona and the Arc de Triomf. The prestigious Passeig de Gracia, the central Plaza Catalunya and the Old City are all just a few minutes away on foot. The Eixample district is an area well known for its wide streets filled with fascinating buildings. It is here you will find some of the world famous works of Gaudí, including Casa Milá, Casa Batlló and the Sagrada Familia. A great way to spend an afternoon in the area is walking along the magnificent boulevards, taking in the architecture and atmosphere and stopping every once in a while for something to eat or drink. The area is filled with chic bars, restaurants and cafes and the amount of eating options nearby is sure to impress, with Spanish food and international cuisine equally represented.
