The Gothic Loft B apartment has been decorated in a great modern style and filled with many familiar modern amenities and some fantastic furniture. Located on the second floor you could be enjoying the great street views from the private balcony; an ideal setting any time of the day. The open plan living area is a naturally bright and well decorated room which has a large window and a double glass door that leads out onto the balcony. It has been finished with a laminate floor, white walls and a white ceiling with old beams. You will find a comfortable fabric sofa which could be used as a double bed, a wooden coffee table, paintings on the wall, a funky modern arm chair and a wooden dining table with four chairs and a large modern lampshade hanging over it. Next to the table is a trendy stainless steel kitchen which is fully equipped. The double bedroom has two side tables with lamps and a gorgeous modern en-suite bathroom.

This modern Barcelona apartment enjoys a great central setting in the popular Gothic Quarter which is on the east side of La Rambla. You are just around the corner from Barcelona Cathedral which is a picture perfect gothic building with gargoyles on the roof. Just down the road you have La Rambla boulevard where you can dine, shop and visit the Boqueria food market, Liceu Theatre and the Maritim Museum. On the south end of La Rambla is the Columbus Monument which is located on the site where Columbus returned to Spain after his voyage to the Americas. For a different view of the city you could board a sail boat from near the monument for a tour on the Mediterranean. The popular square Placa Reial is only five minutes away on foot from the apartment and it’s where you can dine on Spanish cuisine at a number of large restaurants or go out clubbing in the evenings to the famous nightclubs. Passeig de Gracia is just north of the apartment and there you can visit the La Pedrera and Caca Batllo. |
