There are two double bedrooms with side tables and lamps and a beautiful modern bathroom which is fully furnished and has a convenient shower unit. One of the apartment’s best features is the private balcony which you can access from the living room. From here you can admire the street views from the fourth floor setting and truly unwind whilst soaking in the historic architecture. Furthermore in the living room is a double sofa bed, a coffee table placed over a grey rug and a funky grey modern arm chair. Opposite the sofa is a dining table with chairs and a trendy stainless steel kitchen where you will be more than happy to prepare meals with the foods bought from the nearby food market Boqueria.

The Gothic Quarter is a top area to be in whilst on a short visit to Barcelona because you are conveniently located for touring the city, shopping, dining and going out in the evenings. Satisfy the tourist in you and head just down the road to the famous La Rambla for a stroll down this long boulevard which is filled with shops, cafes, restaurants and attractions. Or take your camera and head around the corner to the gothic Barcelona Cathedral, the nearby Santa Maria del Mar church, the Maritim Museum to see a replica of a galley and rowing slaves or say cheese by the Columbus Monument. If you enjoy shopping then you will love the designer stores at Passeig de Gracia which is about a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. Here you can also visit Gaudi’s La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. If night time entertainment is your thing then nearby Placa Reial is the place to be with its large restaurants and famous nightclubs. Or head to Barceloneta beach for the beachside bars and eateries. |
