The location of this apartment on a quiet, semi-pedestrianised street makes this a tranquil haven in the centre of the busy city. The living area has large French doors that open onto a pretty balcony with a great street view. Throw the doors open to let light and air into the room. There is a comfortable sofa, as well as an armchair, giving you the ideal place to relax at the end of a long day. White walls and polished wooden floors give a feeling of freshness and personal touches like clever lighting and pieces of art personalise the space. The large kitchen has all the equipment necessary to prepare whatever meals you require, from a quick breakfast to a four course dinner. There's a table and chairs in the kitchen where you can enjoy the meals you create. There is one cosy bedroom, with a large double bed, and a bedside table and lamp for extra cosiness. There's a large wardrobe for storing all your belongings. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. The ideal location for a short stay in Barcelona, whether you're visiting for work or pleasure.
Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 400 is required and an additional Euro 60 fee applies for Cleaning costs.

The Eixample district of Barcelona is home to some of the city's most recognisable attractions and thoroughfares. Just a few minutes away is the Avinguda Diagonal, home to places like the Museum of Music as well as several beautiful Art Nouveau houses, like the Casa Comalat and the Casa Serra. This is a great place to shop too. L'Illa is a huge shopping mall with a variety of stores, including international brands like Zara and Mango. You'll also find El Corte Ingles department store here. There are several cinemas in the area, and a massive variety of restaurants and cafes. For business travellers, there are plenty of public transport links for buses and trams and metro stations to take you to meetings all over the city. |
