The space combines traditional parquet floors, high ceilings, original moldings and large windows with contemporary design. The living space features two large sofas, a stylish red armchair, artwork on the walls and a flat screen television. It is a charming space, ideal for relaxing at the end of the day. The kitchen is furnished with a dining table and chairs and comes fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals in the apartment. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, has access to a balcony and includes an elegant ensuite bathroom complete with bathtub. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if required. There is also a third room with a single bed and a desk, perfect if you need to do a little work while on your stay. The bathroom is stylish with black marble features and includes a shower, sink and toilet. The apartment also features a huge 50m2 terrace complete with a table and seating, perfect for that morning coffee or evening glass of local wine.

The apartment is located in the Eixample district, an area with a unique atmosphere while still being unmistakably Barcelona. The area is stylised by its wide streets and amazing architecture including some of the most well known works of Gaudí, such as Casa Milá, Casa Batlló and Sagrada Familia. A great way to spend a day in the Eixample is simply walking the magnificent boulevards, taking in the architecture and atmosphere and stopping every once in a while for great food and coffee. The Eixample is filled with trendy bars, restaurants and cafes and is the ideal place to go out for dinner and drinks at the end of the day. It doesn't matter if you are after traditional Catalan dishes or international cuisine, there are a wide array of restaurants in the area that cater to every palate. The Eixample is also a nightlife centre of Barcelona, so why not do what the locals do and enjoy a night out with amazing tapas, gr 2 ea 1ffe t wine and fantastic cocktails.
