Accessed via a lift, the apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building. You can really make yourself feel at home in the living room on the big chunky sofas which also handily double as beds for two of your guests. A wall mounted flat screen TV with international channels is also provided here for everyone’s entertainment. The apartment includes a private bathroom with a shower and there are two toilets. Enjoy the warm sun on the pretty balcony. It’s the ideal place to grab some quiet time with a good book or share a bottle of wine with your guests. A fully fitted kitchen is also provided with all the equipment you could possibly need to conjure up your own delicious meals and tasty snacks. There are two private bedrooms fitted with a double bed and two singles. Simply decorated to encourage restful sleep on your holiday, you will wake feeling energised and ready for a new day exploring this most exciting of cities. The apartment is ideal for a large family or group of friends visiting Istanbul and makes a much nicer alternative to renting lots of hotel rooms for everyone. Staying together under the same roof is so much more fun and of course more sociable.

The Easy Chic 2 Apartment can be found in the old Pera district immediately north of Galata on the European side of the city. You will find lots of delicious restaurants, antique shops and unusual boutiques in the area. Just 6 minutes’ walk to the south is the iconic Galata To 2 we 1ffe r. Built in the 14th century, an apex to the city’s wall defences, years later it was used as a gaol for prisoners of war and then more recently an observatory. Today you can take the lift to the top and enjoy incredible 360 degree views across the city. Just a minute’s walk to the east lies one of the city’s most interesting attractions at Galat Mevlevihanesi, located just south of Tünel Square. Whilst it is the Museum of Divan Literature which preserves examples of Ottoman literary works, inscriptions and calligraphy, most visitors came here to see the city’s famous Whirling Dervishes. The spinning starts every Sunday at 17:00 and there is a fee to watch. |
