The Rastro is the most famous of the flea markets which opens on Saturdays and Sundays between the Plaza de Cascorro, La Latina and the street of Embajadores. Everything imaginable can be found here from valuable antiques to used clothing, including collector cards, books, records, paintings, etc.
Xanadú is one of the largest shopping centers outside Madrid (Autovía A-5 km 23,5 Arroyomolino). It has movie theatres, restaurants and more than 250 stores open year-round.
