Well-designed apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located in the city center, in the popular neighbourhood Zeeheldenkwartier (Naval heroes quarter).

The contemporary two level apartment with balcony is situated on the second floor. The apartment features a cosy living room with flat screen TV and DVD player, a fully equipped open kitchen and dining table. On the same level you will find the comfortable master bedroom, the modern bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet and the laundry room with washing machine/dryer.
On the next level are the other two bedrooms and the second bathroom with a single shower and a toilet situated.
Please note: this apartment has a small but steep stair and is therefore not suitable for elderly or disabled persons.

Location
The attractive Zeeheldenkwartier (Naval heroes quarter) is located on the south-western side of the city centre. It’s a colourful district and the area’s distinctive character is a result of the blend of chic townhouses, new residential developments, carriage houses and attractive squares. A great number of creative speciality stores are located in these streets. The charming district is in close proximity to Palace Noordeinde. The Zeeheldenkwartier is well served by public transport. Visitors can usually find on-street parking; some areas have metered parking.
