This adorable self catering studio/apartment is situated on the Prinsengracht, the watercourse extending in the center of Amsterdam and defining the outer side of the central Canal Belt, constructed and completed during the Dutch Golden Age of the 17th century and recently included in the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list.Adorning the southern part of the Canal Belt, the Prince 969 studio is positioned at a very short distance from the Museum Quarter (the famous Museumplein hosting the Rijksmuseum, the Van Gogh Museum and the futuristic Stedelijk Museum) and the vibrant squares Leidseplein and Rebrandtplein, the cores of Amsterdam’s nightlife.Close to the apartment lies the astonishing Museum Van Loon, a beautifully preserved Canal House from the early 17th century that provides great insight into the wealthy life of Dutch Merchants of that glorious era.An incredible number of cafes, bars and restaurants can be found in the proximity of the accommodation but many landmarks can be reached easily by foot.
