This large Paseo de Gracia Deluxe C apartment is located just metres from Passeig de Gracia which is the perfect place for shopping, dining and touring famous modernist buildings such as the La Pedrera and Casa Batllo. If you enjoy shopping then the designer stores and the Bulevard Rosa shopping centre will do the trick. Go a little south to find a typically Spanish department store called El Corte Ingles which is on the Portal de l’Angel street south of Catalunya square. La Sagrada Familia is only 10 minutes away via metro L2 from the Passeig de Gracia station. You are minutes from the central Ciutat Vella district and its famous Gothic Quarter which is a perfect area to winder through on foot admiring old historic buildings such as the gothic Barcelona Cathedral and Santa Maria del Mar church.
