With an interior packed with good and new furnishings, it is located just minutes away from the world famous St Peter's Basilica. The living room is bright and spacious and has comfortable seating with two double sofa-beds (105 cm x 190 cm), a flat screen TV, delightful artwork on the walls and a dining table for four. The kitchen is compact and contains an oven,a microwave, a hob and everything else you would need to prepare a delicious meal. The three bedrooms each have a comfortable double bed and with built-in wardrobes there is plenty of space for your travel items. One of the bedrooms has access to the terrace. There are two bathrooms each with a bathtub, toilet and regular shower. The terrace is the real showstopper of the apartment. It has a table for twelve guests, four sun-loungers, and deck chairs. The facilities include blinds, an elevator, a cocktail cabinet, a dishwasher, a washing machine, hi-speed Internet and air-conditioning. For style and elegance as well as location, it is hard to imagine a better place to explore this magnificent city.

This apartment is in a superb location, just a fifteen minute stroll to the Vatican City where you can see St Peter's Basilica, the breathtaking Sistine Chapel, the Vatican museums and enjoy the beautiful Vatican Gardens or Castel Sant’Angelo. The nearest metro stops are close by, Cipro, Ottaviano or Valle Aurelia on line A. From here it is only few stops to the world famous Spanish Steps. Prati is a true neighborhood where Romans continue to live and work. There are several international restaurants but only a moderate amount of nightlife. Luckily,  all you have to do is go along Via Cola di Rienzo, the main street with excellent shops and good restaurants, cross the bridge untill Piazza del Popolo and you will find all the nightlife you desire.
